Hans Sobotka's ingenious aroma cuisine fits perfectly to the elegant ambience of the hotel restaurant that was comprehensively renovated in 2008. Every course is celebrated as a mini event. The culinary spectrum ranges from Moroccan gambas and Müritz pike with Escabeche brew to ivory chocolate tart.
650 top-rate wines, amongst them many South Africans. Courteous staff managed by the new Maître and Sommelier Sebastian Wilkens.

The elegant hotel restaurant is unrivalled in the area. Hans Sobotka's delicate aroma cuisine, the courteous service and the cultivated tableware make a visit a most enjoyable event. Lobster salad with white peach, finely cut beans with aioli or wild turbot with oyster lime sauce, mashed potatoes and smoked eel - the cuisine brings north and south together in a very subtle way. 600 select wines.
